Hi-Growth Start Up Fund

What is it?

The Hi-Growth Start Up Fund is a grant funded through Objective 1 that is available for new business in, or relocating to South Yorkshire. The grant can be put towards the cost of any specialist expert advice or consultancy that is required to help your business grow. Typical projects include specialist advice on:

• Legal Issues - Licensing, Patent Registration, Contracts, Franchising
• Finance - Raising finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, IPR
• Marketing - Strategic development, Market Research, Export policies
• HR - Employment Legislation, Staff Development, Recruitment Policies
• Technology - Introduction of systems, E-commerce

Who can apply?

This fund is only available to SMEs that are just starting up or have been trading for less than 18 months.

How much does the company pay?

The fund will provide 50% of revenue costs and 30% capital costs incurred in a project.

When can you apply?

Applications are taken throughout the year by Business Link South Yorkshire.
