Vertase Acquisition by FLI International

Environmental solutions provider, FLI International Limited, has acquired the specialist land remediation contractor, Vertase Limited. FLI International Limited and Vertase Limited are both established and successful specialist contractors within the environmental industry. The companies share similar strengths and values and will work in close partnership to provide pragmatic and professional solutions to clients in the contaminated land and waste management sectors across the UK from offices located in Bristol, Sheffield and Hertford.
Michael Longman, managing director of Vertase Limited, comments, “Vertase has enjoyed steady and sustained growth since it was established five years ago. I would particularly like to thank the previous shareholders and all our existing staff for making Vertase what it is today.

In addition due to continued expansion our Sheffield offices has moved to prestigious new premises on the outskirts of Sheffield. Steve Edgar, Director of the Sheffield office, comments, "We have enjoyed a quick growth in the region and continue to build on our success to date. We hope that our new offices will allow our continuing recruiting and support the growth of our business with an emphasis to the South Yorkshire region.
